Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information JCD Media Partners LLC collects, how we use it, who we share it with and how to contact us about your privacy rights. It covers this website, business communications and our advertising work.

01

Scope

This policy applies to personal information processed by JCD Media Partners LLC ("JCD Media Partners", "we", "us", or "our") through this website, our business-to-business communications, and our planning, activation, reporting, and campaign operations across digital out-of-home, connected TV, display, online video, and mobile channels.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, publishers, exchanges, data providers, or measurement companies that operate under their own privacy notices. When we process information on behalf of an advertiser, agency, media owner, or other business customer, that customer may also be responsible for providing its own privacy notice and honoring privacy rights.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide. We collect information you choose to submit, including name, work email address, organization, organization type, inquiry subject, message content, and privacy-request details.

Website and device information. We and our service providers may receive IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, diagnostic events, security logs, and similar technical data through hosting, content delivery, anti-abuse, debugging, and site-support tools.

Business relationship information. We may process contact details, employer, role, communications, commercial preferences, contract records, billing or finance correspondence, and operational notes relating to advertisers, agencies, media owners, platforms, vendors, and other business contacts.

Campaign information. Campaign records can include briefs, creative files, targeting settings, delivery reports and billing information. The information available to JCD depends on the campaign and the access provided by the client or platform. A platform may process device-level data that it does not share with JCD.

03

How we use information

  • respond to inquiries, privacy requests, and business communications;
  • evaluate, onboard, manage, and support advertisers, agencies, media owners, platforms, vendors, and other partners;
  • plan and manage campaigns, review delivery and performance reports, and reconcile media costs;
  • coordinate campaign settings and quality checks with partners, investigate delivery issues, and handle billing;
  • operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the website, forms, APIs, and related systems;
  • send operational notices to business contacts;
  • comply with legal, accounting, tax, contractual, dispute-resolution, and security obligations.

04

Advertising data

JCD plans, buys and manages media campaigns. Advertising platforms and media partners may process information to select, deliver and measure ads. Their processing is governed by their own privacy notices and the agreements that apply to the campaign.

Using a buying or reporting platform does not mean JCD receives all of the underlying data. Our access may be limited to campaign settings and reports. Where a campaign involves personal information accessible to JCD, its use must be limited to the agreed campaign purposes and applicable privacy requirements.

This policy covers personal information processed by JCD. If our processing is subject to rights to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, you can submit a request using the instructions in section 07 or on the Your Privacy Choices page. For processing carried out independently by another platform, use that platform’s privacy notice and controls.

05

Sharing

We may disclose personal information to:

  • service providers and processors that support hosting, security, email delivery, debugging, form routing, communications, analytics, finance, legal, and other operations;
  • advertising ecosystem partners involved in campaign planning, activation, delivery, measurement, verification, fraud prevention, reconciliation, or reporting;
  • customers, partners, and vendors when needed to provide services, manage a commercial relationship, resolve technical issues, or honor contractual obligations;
  • professional advisers, insurers, auditors, banks, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • a buyer, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction.

We are based in the United States and work with providers and partners that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use contractual and operational measures designed to protect personal information when it is transferred across borders.

06

Retention & security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, manage business relationships, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations. Contact-form and business-relationship records are typically retained while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Technical logs are generally kept for shorter periods unless needed for security, debugging, legal, or audit purposes. Advertising operations data is retained according to campaign, partner, contractual, reporting, and legal requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we process about you. You may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, "sale", or "sharing" of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or appeal a privacy-rights decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@jcdmediapartners.com or use the contact page and select "Privacy request." Please identify the right you want to exercise and the state or country where you live. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing some requests.

  • Advertising privacy resources: NAI’s consumer privacy guide explains browser and device settings and links to available opt-out resources. These options apply to the services they cover; they do not replace a privacy request to JCD.
  • Device settings: mobile operating systems and connected TV platforms provide controls to limit ad tracking, delete or reset advertising identifiers, or restrict app tracking.
  • Browser signals: Global Privacy Control (GPC) lets a browser communicate an opt-out preference. This website does not use advertising cookies or pixels. See Your Privacy Choices for more information about GPC and how to contact JCD about your data.

08

Children

This website and our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not knowingly create advertising profiles of children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

09

Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above identifies the current version. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law.
