Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information, "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or processing for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined in applicable privacy laws.
For personal information held by JCD, email privacy@jcdmediapartners.com or follow the instructions in section 06. If your request concerns advertising on a particular website, app or platform, its privacy notice explains the controls and contact details for its own processing. You can also contact us if you are unsure whether JCD is involved.

Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting or extension that sends an opt-out preference to websites you visit. This website does not use advertising cookies or pixels. A signal sent to this site does not change the settings on another company’s website or app; enable GPC on each browser where you want to send it. Interest-based advertising controls

- Connected TV: most CTV platforms offer an ad-tracking limit or advertising-ID reset in the device's privacy settings.

Access, deletion & correction
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to know or access personal information we process about you, receive a portable copy, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or appeal a privacy-rights decision. The categories of information we process and our retention practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Authorized agents
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of authorization and, where required, ask you to verify your identity or confirm the request. Include enough context for us to identify the information or processing the request concerns.

How to submit a request
Email privacy@jcdmediapartners.com or use the contact form and select "Privacy request." Tell us which right you want to exercise, your state or country, and enough context to help us locate the relevant information. Please do not send passwords or identity documents in your initial message. We may ask for additional details or identity verification where needed and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
